These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QAQ AI platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or generate content that is harmful, abusive or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly based on usage. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Service availability

We target 99.99% monthly uptime for paid plans as described in our SLA. The service is otherwise provided "as is".

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
