This Privacy Policy describes how QAQ AI, Inc. ("QAQ AI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our platform and services.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, email, billing details) and usage metadata required to operate the service (request counts, token usage, timestamps).

How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve the service, process payments, provide support and comply with legal obligations.

Customer content

Prompts, completions and uploaded documents ("Customer Content") are processed solely to provide the service. We operate with zero data retention by default and never use Customer Content to train models.

Data retention

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Customer Content is not persisted beyond the lifetime of a request unless you explicitly enable a feature that stores it (e.g. managed RAG collections).
